What support is offered with DDoS Protection?
All enrolled clients currently receive the Client DDoS Summary Report twice a month, with detailed insights into their organization’s recent cyber security data. On-demand reports are also available upon request.
When threats have been mitigated by Spectrum Enterprise, clients will also receive DDoS Mitigation Summary Report with information pertinent to that specific event.
Announcement: New portal coming soon
We’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with Radware to launch a new self-service portal to supplement your Spectrum Enterprise DDoS Protection service.
This portal has been designed to offer:
- Self-service capabilities to control mitigation activation or deactivation based on business needs.
- Visibility to analytics on top attack destinations, sources, protocol, and more.
- Customized reports on security events, traffic analytics, or specific attacks..
When the portal launches, you will no longer be emailed DDoS Summary Reports or be able to request Event Mitigation Reports from the previous DDoS solution. However, similar reports will be accessible in the new portal at any time.
