Why am I being charged for termination of my service?

As outlined in your sales agreement, Spectrum will invoice termination charges and applicable taxes, fees and surcharges, for services discontinued before the end of the service agreement terms. These charges will be assessed even if you cancel a new service order before we install the service, as well as for any remaining months covered by your service agreement for active services.

For more information about termination charges, see Section 13d at enterprise.spectrum.com/terms-of-service

You will be assessed these charges on an invoice following the disconnection of your existing services or cancellation of your service order. Each eligible service will have a charge added to the invoice containing “Termination Chrg” in the description. You may have several “Termination Chrg” items, one for each eligible service.

Note: These Termination Charges are subject to taxes, fees and surcharges. The amount of taxes, fees or surcharges assessed to the “Termination Chrg” charges will be combined with other taxes, fees and surcharges on your bill. You will not see a separate line item for termination charge taxes, fees and surcharges.

If you have questions about termination charges, you may contact your dedicated CSM or your Customer Service team at 1-888-812-2591.
